Creating a training video as an e-learning material is one of the most effective and widespread ways to develop employees today. A 2020 study by Fosway Group, a renowned European HR analyst, showed that video training is considered the most effective method of developing employee knowledge, and 82% of managers consider e-learning essential for the long-term development of the company. My mission is to create training videos for organizations that have a real positive impact on the company's results.
