How long will the project take?
The completion of the project largely depends on the list of tasks to be performed, but practice shows that even more complex e-learning materials can be completed in high quality within 2-3 weeks. You can find out the exact schedule during a free consultation -> book a free consultation
What does the price of e-learning material depend on?
The price of e-learning material depends mainly on three factors: the volume of the material, the level of complexity and the visual elements used. The price calculator gives a good indication of the estimated price of the project, but it must be taken into account that each project is unique, which is why I always prepare a personal quote after the first consultation.
In what format are e-learning materials produced?
E-learning materials are produced directly into your organization's learning management system (LMS) or as a SCORM/xAPI package that you can upload to your learning management system. If your organization does not have a learning management system in place, the most sensible option is to use a video training format that can be successfully displayed in various environments (SharePoint, Drive, OneDrive, etc.). In any case, we will find a solution for how to best display the e-learning material in your organization.
Who owns the finished material?
The e-learning material in its finished form usually belongs to the customer. I will keep the project files safely for the agreed period of time so that changes can be made to them in the future if necessary.
Can I change the material myself in the future?
The ability to modify e-learning materials depends on how we have agreed on the implementation of the material. If the material is created directly in the LMS, you can modify the material yourself in the future. If it is a SCORM / xAPI package, I can assist with these modifications.
Does the material work on a computer, tablet, or phone?
Nowadays, employees don’t always sit at their computers during training — they often complete training on their phones during coffee breaks or at home on their tablets. That’s why it’s important to me that every piece of content I create works exactly as it’s designed to on every device. Before I release the content, I always test it on different devices and browsers to make sure that employees have a seamless learning experience, no matter what device they’re using.
How is my confidential data handled?
Confidentiality is the foundation of collaboration. I have worked with many organizations that have entrusted me with sensitive content, and this trust is extremely important to me. If necessary, we sign an NDA before the start of each project and I ensure that the information never reaches third parties who are not involved in the implementation of the project. For me, this is not just a legal obligation — it is a natural part of professional collaboration.
